After the trip to Seattle, the guilt overcame me & I got caught up on my bee blocks thru August.

For PTQB, Katie sent vintage sheets, a solid, and the Amy Butler rose buds, requesting blocks similar to Oh Frannson!’s Mod Sample Quiltalong.

I think I can keep sewing… 2 things down off my immediate to do list…

First, I finished my mini-quilt for the Modify Tradition Swap.

I played catch-up on my PTQB blocks this past weekend… I was most horribly tardy on Sandy’s block for March – the dreaded cathedral window:

Thanks to Beth & Rebekah for the suggestion of using my pink & orange fabrics for a string quilt. While I like the idea, I’m not going with that plan (haha)…but I think I’m going to use the premise of one unifying element/fabric coupled with scrappy to *hopefully* achieve the same type of cohesiveness [...]
