I feel like Pinterest has suddenly gone mainstream in the last couple of months – everyone and their dog is now pinning (well, at least the females). Probably because you don’t even need an invite, just log in using facebook or twitter. Since I’m an Pin addict since last March, I have over 1000 [...] My mom just sent me this link in an email, so I thought I’d share w/y’all… Kinda want to make mashed potatoes so I can try this out… I know it’s August, and summer is starting to draw to a close in a lot of places, school is starting up soon, etc. etc. However, in LA, it will continue to get hotter thru the next month, and probably won’t cool off again til October. And in honor of what’s left of [...] So I’ve been making these enchiladas from a modified recipe in my Grandma’s church cookbook since I was in HS. I call them Nebraska Enchiladas since they are only sort of like enchiladas (like the authentic kind I LOVE here in LA)…and they don’t usually have enough kick behind them to be considered spicy [...] |
